Here is a great new side dish to tryout with your favorite grilled meats this summer.Â It’s an updated version of coleslaw and broccoli raisin salad all wrapped into one!Â Plus, it’s loaded with almonds, raisins and uses a light dressing, so you can enjoy your picnics without any guilt!
Asian Broccoli Raisin Slaw
- 2 – 10 0z packages Broccoli Slaw
- 3/4 cup Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing (I prefer Kraft light or Wishbone)
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds, toasted in oven at 375 degrees for 6 minutes
- 1 cup Raisins, brown
In medium bowl, combine broccoli slaw and dressing,Â mix until evenly coated.Â (handsÂ work best)Â Add in almonds and raisins.Â Mix until evenly combined.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.Â Serves 8.
