This weekend, I am planning on doing a little grilling/smoking and will hopefully have plenty of new recipes to share with you when I am done. There is one recipe that I can share ahead of time though, and that is the recipe for a sweet and spicy rib rub!
Sweet and Spicy Rib Rub
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp iodized salt
- 1 Tbsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
Mix all indredients in a bowl and rub over ribs racks. (this recipe makes enough for 3 pounds) Wrap ribs in plastic and refrigerate for 24 hours.
